NJPW Interested In Bronson Reed

Fall has been a way more active time for news on contract talks, and that doesn't appear to be slowing down at all.

Fightful has learned that Bronson Reed, who is going by his previous moniker of Jonah Rock, has some major interest from multiple top wrestling companies. Sources within the company have indicated that New Japan Pro Wrestling has made a big play to gain Jonah Rock's services. He was released by NXT earlier this year after being crowned North American Champion. NJPW announced recently that they'd also landed Buddy Murphy.

In addition, Fightful has learned there has been interest from IMPACT Wrestling in Jonah Rock as well. Sources we spoke to weren't confident that he'd be coming in Bound For Glory weekend, but said it was discussed.

Reed/Jonah only had a 30-day non compete clause attached to his WWE release, as he was an NXT talent, so he's been eligible to sign wherever he choose since early September.
