Reactions To Bruce Prichard Taking John Laurinaitis' Spot As WWE Head of Talent Relations

Bruce Prichard in, Johnny Ace out as Head of Talent Relations in WWE.

Fightful can confirm that WWE talent were notified of the change, with John Laurinaitis on administrative leave from the roles, and Bruce Prichard in the spot on an interim basis. The unanimous belief among those in the company we spoke to was that Johnny was as good as gone, with several going as far as to celebrate his impending departure.

However, the monkey's paw put a finger down for some, as now one of the heads of creative is also charged with talent relations. Former and present talent alike chimed in, with one saying "Vince only knows three people," as a joke to Johnny Ace and Bruce Prichard being tasked with roles. Another said that they'd had multiple texts from talent stating that there is concern about Bruce handling both roles, because now if you want time off, you have to ask the person who effectively is your filter between creative and Vince McMahon.

Laurinaitis was not at WWE Raw on June 20, and several talent are working on the assumption they'll likely never have to do business with him again.

McMahon himself was said to be in a good mood again at Raw, much like at Smackdown.
