Anthony Ogogo will still be in AEW for quite some time.
The 34-year old Ogogo hasn’t wrestled in general since November 2022, and in AEW since August 2022, but as best we’ve heard there haven’t been creative plans set for him. But he isn’t going anywhere.
With Ogogo’s extended absence, Fightful inquired about his status with AEW. Ogogo is healthy and available to wrestle, on the AEW roster page and still under a full-time deal. In fact, we’re told that around the end of 2022 or start of 2023, Ogogo actually signed a two-year contract extension that would keep him with AEW until the start of 2025 at least.
