- Prior to being defeated in one minute by Braun Strowman at SummerSlam, Kevin Owens was interviewed by WWE before his match and was not too pleased with the question that he was asked.


- 'Mile 22' starring Ronda Rousey and Mark Walhberg reeled in a total of $13,620,000 in its opening weekend. The film earned over $500,000 internationally.


- Former seven-time WWF Tag Team Champions Edge and Christian were in New York City over the weekend according to PWInsider.


- 'Inverse Press' is releasing a comic book which will document the life of the late-great WWE Hall Of Famer Bruno Sammartino.


- Following NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn IV, the current IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega took to Twitter to note that after every TakeOver event he always receives messages from NXT fans and Omega explained that he roots for the performers who compete at TakeOver events.


- After Ricochet defeated Adam Cole to become the new NXT North American Champion at TakeOver: Brooklyn IV, Ricochet was confronted by Undisputed ERA members Kyle O'Reilly and Roderick Strong. The current WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne "came to the aid" of Ricochet but stated that he and Ricochet are not friends and Ricochet is currently holding a piece of gold that he wants.


- Matt Hardy was present at SummerSlam last night but noted that he was there in a "different capacity".
