Here's your Fight Size wrestling Update for the morning of July 20th, 2018.

- The embedded video above comes by way of WWE's YouTube channel and it details former two-time WWE United States Champion Kalisto redeeming himself after the two year anniversary of him having an awkward moment on-screen where he inadvertently created the phrase "Good Lucha Things".

- The current SmackDown Live Women's Champion Carmella celebrated the two-year anniversary of her being drafted to the blue-brand. Carmella noted that she was the last pick in that 2016 Draft and now she is heading into her fifth month as the top dog of SmackDown Live's women's division.


- WWE's Public Relations Twitter account has a number of photos and videos posted from when the superstars and backstage interviewers were present at the San Diego Comic Con.


- One of WWE's newest signees Deonna Purrazzo was interviewed during the recent NXT TV tapings and Purrazzo wasted no time sharing her goals as she embarks on her new journey.


- Ronda Rousey is being a good sport about the plethora of memes that have made their way around social media which are mocking the hairstyle and look she rocked this past Monday on RAW.


- Former IMPACT Knockouts Champion Chelsea Green recently had to pull out of a few scheduled dates which led to the speculation that she was heading to WWE. Green quickly cleared that up and stated that since the promotion she was set to work for is overseas, there was a bunch of in between work that was in the way of her fulfilling her dates.


- The News-Herald published an article about their hometown man Stacey Ervin Jr. being announced as one of the P.C. recruits for NXT.
