Here's your Fight Size wrestling Update for the evening of July 1st, 2018.
- The trailer for ITV's World Of Sport show which was taped in Norwich, England in May was released today. The promotional video features talents such as: Will Ospreay, Stu Bennett, and Kay Lee Ray.
- 'Fire Pro Wrestling World' on the PS4 console will be available to purchase on August 28th and the current IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega, Kazuchika Okada and Hiroshi Tanahashi will be featured in the game as well as other members of the NJPW roster.

- Former two-time WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella posted an update on her and John Cena's relationship on the Bella Twins' YouTube channel. In short, Bella stated that she and John are currently just friends.
- The official schedule on the WWE Network for this week is listed as followed:
* Monday following Raw, it will be a new episode of “WWE Ride Along” featuring Smackdown Live stars The IIconics along with Aiden English and Rusev
* Tuesday at 10 PM Eastern, it will be a brand-new “205 Live” which will feature Buddy Murphy versus Mustafa Ali in a No DQ match
* Wednesday at 8 PM Eastern, it will be a brand-new “WWE NXT” which will feature the following:
Kairi Sane versus Vanessa Borne
The Mighty versus Heavy Machinery
Johnny Gargano versus EC3
Wednesday On Demand, it will be a new “Something Else to Wrestle with Bruce Prichard” looking at The Rock 1997-1998
* Thursday at 8 PM, it will be a brand-new edition of ” WWE Collection Spotlight” featuring previews of new July WWE Network Collections centered around The Women’s Evolution and WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett
* Friday at 8 PM Eastern, it will be a brand-new “This Week in WWE”
- Karl Anderson uploaded a photo to his social media pages of himself, Luke Gallows and the current WWE Champion AJ Styles working out in the country where they found an abundance of success in.
- During a recent installment of the Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer stated that he has not been able to confirm exactly when this change will be happening, but NXT's TakeOver events will be starting an hour early from their usual start time of 8 P.M. TakeOver's taped pre-show panel takes place at 7 PM with the NXT TV tapings commencing during that hour as well.
- WWE's official announcement that former two-time World Of STARDOM Champion Io Shirai will be joining the NXT brand garnered the attention of the EST Of NXT Bianca Belair who decided to put the WWE Universe on notice that Io will be just another "indie girl" who she will be better than.
- As mentioned above, Io Shirai is officially coming to WWE and Io shared a photo of the traditional mask she wears to the ring that has the WWE logo on the center of it.
