It is unknown if or when Punk can return to a wrestling ring for another promotion.

Appearing on the Ringer Wrestling Show, Finn Balor was asked by Peter Rosenberg about potentially working with CM Punk in WWE.

"I'd be interested in wrestling a broomstick if someone is going to pay me money. Money talks," he said.

That settles that.

At the AEW All Out media scrum, Tony Khan said that he could not comment on Punk's release terms and possible non-compete.

Balor, who is one-half of the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions alongside Damian Priest, is set to team with Priest on Friday's WWE SmackDown to take on Brawling Brutes (Butch & Ridge Holland).
