Balor and Ripley came face-to-face in a backstage segment on the September 16 edition of WWE Raw. Balor continued to blame Ripley and Priest for the group's struggles, saying that they're the reason that he didn't win the World Heavyweight Championship in 2023.
Ripley responded to Balor in a vigorous way, saying that she loved her Judgment Day family and that she was responsible for the group not fighting every single week.
After some more back and forth, Finn Balor revealed a shocking truth and admitted that he pressured Dominik Mysterio to leave Rhea Ripley and go with Liv Morgan instead.

Moments later, Jey Uso appeared and seemingly ran off Balor. Ripley encouraged Uso to focus on the Intercontinental Championship.
