First-Ever WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion Crowned On WWE Raw

Lyra Valkyria became the first-ever WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion on WWE Raw, defeating Dakota Kai in the finals of the tournament.

Valkyria picked up the victory with the Nightwing.

Valkyria managed to survive the GTK (Go To Kick), rolling out of the ring as Kai was going for the pinfall.

WWE Raw GM Adam Pearce presented Valkyria with the championship. Kai and Valkyria embraced after the match.

Kai defeated Katana Chance and Shayna Baszler in her first round triple threat match before besting Zoey Stark in the semifinals. On the other side of the bracket, Valkyria defeated Zelina Vega and Ivy Nile in her first round triple threat match before picking up a win over IYO SKY in the semifinals.
