Former ECW wrestler Francine is commenting on Paul Heyman's ability to make those around him "drink the Kool-Aid" and go along with whatever he's suggesting.
Before Paul Heyman was the "Wise Man" to Roman Reigns, he was the leader of the "Tribe of Extreme" and the wrestlers of ECW. One of those wrestlers was the "Queen of Extreme" Francine. Much has been made of Heyman's ability to talk wrestlers into seeing his vision, even if they were initially adamantly against it.
Now, on a recent episode of her podcast, Eyes Up Here with Francine, the former ECW wrestler is commenting on her own experiences with Heyman and just how convincing of a leader and awe-inspiring of an orator he really was during the days of ECW.
"I'm not going to say what power he has over someone, but he is such a good speaker. He is so well-versed that you are going to take in everything that he says, and you are going to question yourself at one point. That's what Paul does. I'm not the only one who says this about him. Everybody says this about him. A lot of people will say he's a bullshitter. You know what I mean? You have those people who are not 'Paul Heyman guys' who don't like Paul Heyman. I'm not going to sit here and trash Paul. I've never trashed Paul because, guess what? I wouldn't be sitting here without Paul. All I'm saying is that he has the power of the gift of gab to just convince you of not even doing things you didn't want to do but convince you, yes, you are a good worker, and here's why. He came off brilliantly every time he opened his mouth."
Paul Heyman is still an integral part of WWE today and was recently praised by Cody Rhodes for his work in the Georgia Tech segment where Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns met on the football field. Learn more here.
