IMPACT Wrestling announced that Eddie Edwards will face Frankie Kazarian in a Back To School match at IMPACT Emergence on August 27. The rules of the match were not specified. The announcement noted that Edwards and Kazarian are both trainees of Killer Kowalski.

Kazarian and Edwards have been feuding for a number of weeks. Edwards previously defeated Kazarian at IMPACT Slammiversary.
