Frankie Kazarian: Going Into 2024, My Goal Is To Become TNA World Champion

With IMPACT Wrestling reverting to TNA Wrestling in 2024, one of the brand's original breakout stars, Frankie Kazarian, is looking to become TNA World Champion for the first time in 2024.

Kazarian, who has been a multiple-time TNA/IMPACT X-Division Champion, has never had the honor of being the World Champion of the brand that he helped build. Speaking with Darren Paltrowitz on the Paltrocast, Kazarian said that while he is so proud of what he's accomplished in his career, he is not a run as World Champion.

"I've always said that if you don't aspire to be a WorldCchampion, I don't know why you're doing this. I understand not everybody's goals are the same. Yes, I've worked hard in my career, and I've achieved more than I ever thought possible, but I would be lying if I said I'm content because I'm not. I do want to be World Champion. I want to have my name in that history book alongside my friends and the greats and those that have carried that title. That, going into next year, is 100% my goal, to become TNA World Champion." he said.

At the most recent IMPACT Bound For Glory event, Kazarian's wife, Traci Brooks, took her rightful place in the IMPACT Wrestling Hall of Fame.

Later that evening, IMPACT officially revealed that they would be returning to TNA Wrestling beginning with January's TNA Hard to Kill pay-per-view in Las Vegas. Learn more about the rebranding here.
