NJPW Strong Openweight Champion Gabe Kidd took to Twitter/X to post a clip in which he sings "American Soldier" by Toby Keith at a karaoke bar. In the post, he noted that they didn't have Keith on the karaoke machine, so he sang it himself. He also wrote that he was "more American than all you bitches."

The post could be a shot at AEW American Champion MJF, who has been calling himself an American hero. Kidd has taken shots at MJF, teasing a potential match between the two, and MJF has responded.
