Goldberg says he will return to WWE and this time, he doesn't care about the championship, he just wants Bobby Lashley's soul.
Goldberg faced Bobby Lashley at WWE SummerSlam and it didn't end well for the former Universal Champion. Bobby Lashley would deliver significant damage to the leg of Goldberg and also "accidentally" attack Bill Goldberg son, Gage, with The Hurt Lock.
Now that Bobby Lashley is moving on, WWE digital made the decision to catch up with Goldberg to get an update on his injury. The WWE Hall of Famer would reveal that he has ligament damage and an impending knee surgery but noted he does plan to come back to WWE and get revenge on Bobby Lashley.
"What I do care about is that dirty son of a bitch, Bobby Lashley, and what he did to my son at SummerSlam, I just left the housee. Gage, his shoulder's all jacked up. His neck hurts. God knows what a dude that size could have done to my son. So the objective has changed. I'm not coming for the WWE Championship. I'm coming for Bobby Lashley, his soul, and I will rip it straight from his chest."
Bobby Lashley will be in action on tonight's episode of Monday Night Raw against Sheamus. Fightful will have live coverage beginning Monday night at 8 PM ET.
