On the December 23, 1999 episode of WCW Thunder, Goldberg exited the arena and smashed a limo window with his forearm.
A shard of glass sliced an artery in his arm and caused him to be sidelined for the first half of 2000.
Speaking to Ariel Helwani on The Ariel Helwani Show, Goldberg shared some of his regrets during his wrestling career.
"Yeah. I wish I would have picked up the sledgehammer walking out the door at WCW to smash the limousine instead of using my hand. I wish I would have let [Chris] Jericho have a program with me before I did. I wish I would have done a lot of things differently. Nobody is perfect. You live your life and live with the trials and tribulations and try to be a better person and learn from it all. I would have changed a lot, there is no question about it," he said.
Jericho tried to work a program with Goldberg in 1998, and despite Jericho mocking him on TV, a match never materialized.
Elsewhere during the interview, Goldberg admitted he was too protective of his character. You can find his full comments by clicking here.
