Grayson Waller has addressed his attack on Johnny Gargano.
During last week's episode of NXT 2.0, Johnny Gargano was giving a farewell speech when he was attacked by Grayson Waller. The young star tossed Gargano all around ringside before closing with a powerbomb through the announce table.
He came out tonight and said that Gargano had overstayed his welcome. He noted how he got all the views and was trending everywhere, saying that is what happens when you bet on yourself. Waller believes that his actions at WarGames and then on NXT cemented him as the top NXT Superstar. Not only did he end the career of an NXT legend, but he then spent the weekend partying with celebrities. Waller says he doesn't need friends and family when he already has himself.
Throughout his speech, Waller spent time insulting the crowd, telling Wade Barrett it's not 2010 and doesn't care what he thinks, and berating Vic Joseph for not coming to help his supposed best friend.
