Following Ricochet's defeat of Top Dolla on the January 6 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown, Dolla, Ashante Adonis, and B-Fab all turned heel by attacking Ricochet, who would need to be saved by Braun Strowman.
This is the first time the group will officially be known as heels on the main roster. Top Dolla initially showed signs of a turn on December 30, 2022, shoving Ricochet after he was joking about Top Dolla's failed dive from the December 16 episode of SmackDown.
