Hulk Hogan returns to the small screen.
WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan is set to be a special guest on the Nov. 6 episode of the ABC comedy "The Goldbergs." Hogan will play himself in the episode titled "Wrestlemania."
Description of the episode (via Hollywood Life):
Murray decides to buy WrestleMania tickets to spend time with Barry and Adam, but he buys fake tickets so they can’t get in. Meanwhile, Beverly forms her own neighborhood watch group when the Frentas decide neighbor Jane Bales will be the Watch Captain and not her. Even though Barry and Adam can’t get in, they’re still going to get the WrestleMania treatment when Hulk shows up!
"The Goldbergs" is set in 1980-something and stars Wendi McLendon-Covey (Beverly), Sean Giambrone (Adam), Troy Gentile (Barry), Hayley Orrantia (Erica), and Jeff Garlin (Murray) as the Goldberg family. Patton Oswalt also stars as the narrator.
Another WWE Hall of Famer, Bill Goldberg, has done guest spots on the show in the past. Bill Goldberg plays Nick Mellor, the brother of Coach Rick Mellor (Bryan Callen).
