IMPACT Wrestling has laid out its television plans for the next few weeks.
The promotion announced that the December 22 and December 29 episodes of IMPACT will be holiday specials as well as year-end awards. It will be the company's last two episodes of 2020.

In addition, IMPACT announced the first match for the first episode of 2021 on January 5, 2021, which is Sami Callihan vs. Eddie Edwards. The two have been feuding for weeks in the latest chapter of their rivalry dating back years. Their last singles match against each other took place on the October 20 episode of IMPACT.

The January 5, 2021 episode of IMPACT will be the go-home show for the Genesis special. Already confirmed for Genesis is Moose vs. Willie Mack in an "I Quit" match.
