The moment you've all been waiting for this weekend has finally arrived!
Over the past month, Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta's respective romantic relationships with Dexter Lumis and Duke Hudson have cast a shadow of tension over their friendship. Trying to prove to the other that they are the hottest couple in NXT, Hartwell and Pirotta agreed to leave it up to the WWE Universe to decide that at NXT Stand & Deliver.
During the April 2 event, both couples were shown shopping for "cowboy" attire in Dallas, even running into each other at the same store. A montage of Lumis and Hudson trying on different outfits proceeded before the ladies gave their final stamp of approval.
Backstage, InDex was revealed to have won the fan vote over Dusia by a score of 89% to 11%. Pirotta and Hudson were not pleased with the result, refusing to accept the reality of the situation. They then got in the face of Lumis and Hartwell with a fight nearly breaking out before being separated by WWE Officials.
