Braun Strowman made his return to the ring on the December 13th episode of WWE SmackDown.
Strowman was the mystery opponent for Carmelo Hayes. Strowman is now officially part of the WWE SmackDown roster after previously being on WWE Raw. He was able to move brands thanks to the transfer window.
Strowman picked up the victory with a running powerslam.

Strowman had been off television since suffering a groin injury in a Last Monster Standing match against Braun Strowman on the September 30th episode of WWE Raw. He did wrestle in a dark match on November 15.
