Jack Perry Doesn't Give A Shit About The Wrestling Business

All Jack Perry cares about is "the true spirit of AEW."

Jack Perry has been a different man since he was briefly exiled from AEW and crafted the new persona of the "Scapegoat." in New Japan Pro-Wrestling. He would return to AEW at AEW Dynasty and since his return, he's gotten physical with Tony Khan, tried to run Darby Allin over with a bus, pinned Bryan Danielson, and is now looking for his next piece of championship gold in the form of the AEW TNT Title.

In a digital exclusive promo recorded after he defeated Dustin Rhodes on the June 12 AEW Dynamite to qualify for the Ladder Match which is slated to crown the next TNT Champion at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, Perry reiterated that he believes he's the chosen one and destined to win this championship.

Perry also says he doesn't give a damn about sacrificing anything for the "wrestling business" and only cares about AEW's "true spirit" and what AEW was before people started coming in and "poisoning" its true meaning.

"I already told you, it doesn't matter what anybody says or what anybody does. I have already been chosen by the universe. For everything that I've been through, for everything that I've sacrificed, and not for the wrestling business. I don't give a shit about the wrestling business. I'm talking about everything that I've sacrificed for the true spirit of AEW before all these unworthy people came in here and tried to poison what that really means. We all have to sacrifice and one way or another at Forbidden Door, I am the next TNT Champion."

Perry previously expanded on what he believes the true spirit of AEW is and he is going to continue forging its future through "blood, sweat, and fire."
