In the process, Perry was literally set on fire by a blowtorch-wielding Darby Allin and now, Perry is promising that that fire will continue to shape the future of All Elite Wrestling.

In a post-match promo from AEW Double or Nothing that aired on the June 1 episode of AEW Saturday Collision, Perry said that no one believes in the spirit of AEW more than he did and despite the company "leaving him for dead," he's going to continue to fight and shape its future.

"What more can I possibly give!? People talk about 'blood, sweat, and tears' like that's something special, like that's some kind of a sacrifice. That's the bare minimum. I just got set on fire in the name of saving AEW. When are people going to realize that nobody believed in the spirit more than me? Even after this company turned its back on me. When this company left me for dead. But I continue to fight.' I continue to sacrifice and you can either hate me or you can come with me, but I'm going to continue to shape the future through blood, sweat, and fire," said Perry.

Jack Perry was almost gifted the TNT Championship for his efforts but Christopher Daniels put a stop to that on the May 29 episode of AEW Dynamite. Learn more here.
