At WWE WrestleMania XL, Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, and Naomi defeated Damage CTRL (Asuka, Kairi Sane, and Dakota Kai). On the April 12 episode of WWE SmackDown, Belair and Cargill beat former WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Chelsea Green and Piper Niven.
In a SmackDown Exclusive, Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill were asked to comment on how they were able to mesh together successfully so soon after they teamed up.
Jade Cargill: It’s just natural. It’s just easy, and you want to talk about a match that just had, let’s move to the next one. I know, I know, but it was just easy. I mean, peanut butter and jelly. We just go out there and kill it.
Bianca Belair: We represent the same thing. Power, grace, strength, beauty, that’s who we are. That’s what we’re all about. So we just naturally gel together, and we’re just getting started.
Belair and Cargill were then asked whether fans could see them team up and win the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship together. Both expressed that they were intrigued by the idea, but they did not commit to it.
BB: Well, since you asked, because he did ask, right? That sounds like a good idea. Right now, Damage CTRL has those Tag Team Titles, and I got a lot of history with them. We already added Jade to the Big Three at WrestleMania, took them down. So they still got those titles. I’ve never been a tag team champion.
JC: I wanna win some gold.
BB: I’ve never had nobody at my side like Jade Cargill.
JC: I’ve never had nobody like Miss B over here.
BB: I’m liking it. Future tag team champs?
JC: Future tag team champs.
BB: We’ll see.
