Jade Cargill addresses the storyline with Bow Wow.
At the end of 2022, Bow Wow and Jade Cargill got into a social media exchange that ended up becoming a storyline on television. Cargill confronted Bow Wow backstage at his concert in footage that was used on AEW television and Bow Wow appeared on the screen during the November 30, 2022 episode of AEW Dynamite, saying that he would see Cargill soon.
Since then, there has been little follow-up to the Bow Wow storyline and he has not been back on TV. Cargill said that her lawyer Mark Sterling would deal with him if he sent her another message.
Speaking to Bootleg Kev, Cargill was asked about the Bow Wow storyline.
"I don't know what happened with it. Something was supposed to happen, it didn't happen, and we moved on from the situation," she said.
It is unknown if Bow Wow will appear on AEW TV again.
Cargill is the reigning AEW TBS Champion and became the longest-reigning champion in AEW history on January 14. She is currently undefeated in the promotion.
