Following Jade Cargill's successful WrestleMania singles debut against Naomi at WrestleMania 41 Saturday, she appeared on the WWE WrestleMania Post-Show. During the discussion, Big E asked her how she keeps her focus despite internet chatter and rumors about her.
Ever the personification of confidence, Jade Cargill said there's no one around that's going to tell her who she is or what she's about. She does what she has to do to get the job done.
"The crown wears heavy for all of us. If you can’t go out there and do your job, this isn’t the job for you. I had a husband who went out there and had a stellar career. I watched him and it groomed me on how to handle big moments like I just had tonight. I know who I am and no one else out there is going to tell me who I am and what I’m about."
Jade Cargill is 2-0 at WrestleMania following her victory over Naomi. For the first time since entering WWE, she is now solely focused on achieving success as a singles competitor, following the dissolution of her relationship with Naomi and the subsequent break between herself and Bianca Belair, now that Cargill has adopted a DTA mentality following Naomi's betrayal.
