Jade Cargill: I Want To Be One Of Those People That's A Staple For The Women's Division, And I Will Be

Jade Cargill tells fans to be patient.

Plenty of buzz surrounded Jade Cargill when she signed with WWE in September 2023. She made some appearances over the next few months, but she did not make her in-ring debut until WWE Royal Rumble 2024. Since then, Cargill has continued to gain momentum, as she and Bianca Belair had a brief run with the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships. Some fans have expressed that they have wanted to see Cargill get more established as a top star than she currently is.

Speaking with Alistair McGeorge of Metro, Jade Cargill encouraged fans to be patient with her career progression.

"Be patient. Because you know what? Regardless of if you give it to them, or if you don’t give it to them, there’s going to be people talking anyway. But overall, the perception and what I see on my social media is so much love and so much appreciation. Just for me to be in three years, three and some change, to be ranked amongst top women who’ve been doing this for 10, 15, years? That says something. So I’m just excited to be here, and I’m excited to keep the ball rolling," Cargill said.

Cargill also noted that she has enjoyed being able to compete at live events, as they allow her to get reps and experiment. Moving forward, Cargill made it clear that she had her sights set on the gold, and she aimed to become a staple for the women's division.

"I’m going to get the WWE Women’s World Title. That’s going to happen. Being a legend in this industry – that’s going to happen. I want to be one of those people that’s a staple for the women’s division, and I will be. In my three years, I’m already being talked about. Just imagine as I grow here, and I work with the top women, and I continue to grow and I keep on being shaped and molded. It’s it’s inevitable," Cargill said.

Cargill recently discussed working with Meiko Satomura. Check out her comments here.
