WWE Raw On Netflix (1/6/25) Results: John Cena, The Rock, Roman Reigns Appear; CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins

On January 6, 2025, WWE presented its first episode of WWE Monday Night Raw of the year live from the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.

This is the first episode of WWE Raw to be streamed exclusively on Netflix and will feature several former world champions, including The Rock, John Cena, CM Punk, and Roman Reigns. The latter two individuals will compete on Raw for the first time in many years.

WWE Raw (1/6/2025)

- The show opened up with Triple H unveiling the new canvas and welcoming everyone to Netflix.

- The Rock then kicked everything off. He's full babyface in this moment. He acknowledged Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, and Netflix. He said he would be watching Roman Reigns vs. Solo very closely. He hugged Cody before leaving.

* Tribal Combat: Roman Reigns def. Solo Sikoa

- Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga, and Kevin Owens tried to help Solo, Cody Rhodes, Sami Zayn and Jimmy Uso came out to even the odds. Roman Reigns won with two Spears.

- The Rock came out to drape the Ula Fala over Roman. They hugged and celebrated.

- CM Punk was shown getting ready. After a break, multiple celebrities were shown.

- A vignette confirms Penta El Zero M is coming to WWE.

John Cena is here to kick off his retirement tour. He thanks Los Angeles for all of the memories. He talks about fans wanting him to win another world championship. He says it's not going to happen because he's on a losing streak and that he would need a miracle, like winning the Royal Rumble. So he enters the Royal Rumble.

- Logan Paul vignette: he says he wants to focus on being a WWE Superstar

* WWE Women's World Championship - Rhea Ripley def. Liv Morgan (c)

- Rhea hit Dom with Riptide after kicking in the balls when he tried to reconcile with her after the match. The undertaker then came out, surprising Rhea, they posed together.

- Adam Pearce was backstage talking to Bayley. He's interrupted by Chad Gable. Cable says he wants to prove he doesn't have a problem with Luchadors. He asks for a one-on-one match with a Luchador next week. Adam obliges.

- Jey Uso makes his entrance alongside Travis Scott.

* Jey Uso def. Drew McIntyre

- Gunther vignette plays.

- Cathy Kelley interviews Gabriel Iglesias. New Day interrupts and is mad because they haven't had time to talk about their recent actions.

- Hulk Hogan comes out and tries to shill the partnership between Netflix and WWE. He gets booed.
