Jay Lethal has his first scheduled World Championship defense of this reign.
In the video above which was uploaded to the Ring of Honor YouTube channel on Thursday, Jay Lethal was in the middle of describing how he has went back to beat everyone who beat him since the last time he was World Champion. He was interrupted by Silas Young who said Lethal must have forgot about when he beat Lethal at Death Before Dishonor in 2017. That match was a Last Man Standing match.
In the heated exchange, Lethal proposed he would defeat Young the next time they meet and Young said "challenge accepted."
The title of the video says the match will be July 20th at Honor for All in Nashville, Tennessee. The event will be streamed on Honor Club. The month after the event, ROH is holding the International Cup during the Honor Re-United tour and the winner of that tournament will earn a Championship match at the end of the tour.
