Jay White To Challenge MJF For AEW World Championship At AEW Full Gear

The first match has been set for Full Gear.

On the October 4 episode of AEW Dynamite, Bullet Club Gold (Juice Robinson, Austin Gunn, & Colten Gunn) appeared in the ring and called out MJF. MJF eventually proposed to fight all three members of the group, which caused them to retreat from the ring. Instead, Jay White appeared and attacked MJF only moments later.

Jay White went on to challenge MJF to an AEW World Championship match at Full Gear, citing that the company needed a real champion. Despite being beat down only moments before, MJF quickly grabbed a microphone and accepted White's challenge.

This bout will be Jay White's pay-per-view singles debut for All Elite Wrestling. Furthermore, it will be MJF's ninth defense of the AEW World Championship that he won back at the Full Gear pay-per-view in 2022.
