Jay White will make his AEW Dynamite in-ring debut against Komander.
During the April 14 episode of AEW Rampage, the broadcast team announced that White will face Komander on the April 19 episode of AEW Dynamite. The match will mark the first time White competes as a contracted member of the AEW roster. White appeared on the April 5 episode of AEW Dynamite, and Tony Khan subsequently announced that he signed with the company. White competed on AEW Rampage and at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2022, but he has yet to wrestle on AEW Dynamite.
Plus, following multiple interactions in recent weeks, Chris Jericho will confront Adam Cole. Jericho briefly stared Cole down after the fan-favorite returned to the ring and defeated Daniel Garcia on the March 29 episode of AEW Dynamite. Likewise, Cole came to ringside and looked at Jericho after the former world champion beat Keith Lee on the April 12 episode of AEW Dynamite.

Elsewhere on the show, fans will fear from The Elite (Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks) after the trio returned and attacked Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta of the Blackpool Combat Club on the April 12 episode.
Additionally, after The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens and Max Caster) rejected Matt Menard and Angelo Parker, who had attempted to recruit them to the Jericho Appreciation Society, the two teams will collide in a trios match. The Acclaimed will team up with "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn to face Parker, Menard, and Jake Hager. On the April 14 episode of AEW Rampage, Menard, Parker, and Hager rapped about the Acclaimed, and the trio of Caster, Bowens, and Gunn attacked the group.
