According to the arrest report, Hardy was driving under the speed limit and weaving across lanes. Jeff struggled to pull over the vehicle when the officer tried getting him to pull over. The officer claimed that he went to the passenger side, and Jeff was barely responsive. The officer then claimed that he went to the driver's side, and Hardy struggled to get the car in park, which led to it rolling forward.

In the dashcam footage, three officers can be seen drawing their firearms after Hardy seemingly did not comply with orders. Hardy eventually gets out of the vehicle and is immediately accosted.

During the conversation out of the vehicle, the officer says, "You said you had a doctor's appointment for your head coming up? What's that for? Brain scan, okay."

Hardy was nearly knocked out at AEW Double or Nothing during tag team competition.

Hardy admits to taking "two or three double shots of Fireball" during the conversation, which is reiterated by the officer.

In police documents, officers say they tested Hardy's BAC through a breathalyzer back at the station. He reportedly blew a .291 and a .294. The legal limit to drive in Florida is .08.

Hardy was bonded out of jail on Monday evening. He was due in court for a hearing on Tuesday afternoon but the appearance is listed as cancelled.
