Jeff Hardy has been arrested on multiple charges including DUI and driving with a suspended license.
Jeff Hardy was arrested in Volusia County, Florida, and booked on June 13 at 12:45. According to the report, he was driving with a suspended/revoked license and was driving under the influence, marking his third offense within 10 years.
Fightful obtained information from the arrest report that Hardy was arrested and given blew a .294. It indicates that Hardy was driving under the speed limit and weaving across lanes. When the officer attempted to pull over Jeff, who struggled to pull over. The officer claimed that he went to the passenger side, and Jeff was barely responsive. The officer then claimed that he went to the driver's side, and Hardy struggled to get the car in park, which led to it rolling forward.
Hardy has a hearing on June 14. He was bonded out on June 13.
Jeff Hardy is currently working for AEW and was scheduled to have an AEW Tag Team Championship Ladder Match along with his brother Matt against The Young Bucks and Jurassic Express this Wednesday, June 15 at AEW Road Rager.
Jeff Hardy joined AEW back in March after being released by WWE. Upon his WWE release, Jeff completed a drug test and the results came back clean.
