Jim Ross shared an update on Jerry Lawler and says he'll be having a procedure soon.
WWE Hall of Famer had surgery after he suffered a stroke in February. At the time, Lawler's longtime friend and WWE commentary partner Jim Ross stated that Lawler's prognosis was positive. "The King" was subsequently released from the ICU and cleared to go home.
In a tweet, Ross stated that he had a one-hour conversation with Lawler, who continues to recover from the stroke. Ross noted that Lawler's voice seemed to get stronger the longer they spoke. He also wrote that "The King" will be undergoing a procedure next week to help his situation, though he provide offer any details.
