On Friday evening, Jinder Mahal tweeted, "I quit. Maharaja Out" along with a money bag emoji.
He changed his bio to "Free Agent - 90 Days."

Fightful reports that Mahal was released.
Mahal competed in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal on the SmackDown before WrestleMania XL.
He challenged Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the January 15th episode of WWE Raw. Mahal is a former WWE Champion and WWE United States Champion.
