After making his big-screen debut in the recently released 'The Suicide Squad,' Peacemaker is headed to HBO Max for an eight-episode spin-off series.
On December 31, HBO Max dropped a new trailer for the show (seen below) which is set to debut in two weeks. In it, we see John Cena coming together with a new team to save the world yet again. Along the ride, he tells children about an adult encounter with Wonder Woman, kills a number of people, and learns the meaning of sweet cheeks.

James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy) wrote all eight episodes and directed five of them, as announced at DC FanDome. The series will premiere on Thursday, January 13, 2022, on HBO Max.
Peacemaker also stars Steve Agee, Jennifer Holland, Freddie Stroma, Danielle Brooks, Robert Patrick, and Chukwudi Iwuji, among others.
Fightful will have reviews of every episode as they are released.
