The Miz’s frustrations have boiled over as he appears to have turned heel following an attack on Kofi Kingston. A returning John Morrison is seemingly the only person with a line of communication to him right now.
The Miz’s anger was a theme throughout the entire evening as he was visibly shaken by not being able to earn the opportunity to face “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt at Royal Rumble.
Midway through the evening, Miz was confronted by The New Day who were trying to lift the spirits of the former WWE Champion. Miz would have none of it and want to face Kofi Kingston in a match later on in the evening.
In their match, Miz would lose to Kofi Kingston and immediately attack him seemingly turning heel although it is not been confirmed at this time.
Later on in the night, when The Miz was approached for an interview and his walk around, his former Tag Team Championship partner, John Morrison came out of the room instead and said Miz has nothing left to say tonight.

John Morrison was announced as returning to WWE in early December 2019 on the FS1 series, WWE Backstage.
