Tony Khan has shared some news regarding Jon Moxley.
On November 2, the AEW President took to Twitter to share that Moxley is entering an inpatient alcohol treatment program. Khan said that he and the entire AEW family are embracing his decision and supporting him however they can. Tony thanks the fans and asks that everyone respects Jon's privacy at this time. His full statement can be seen in the tweets below.
Jon is making a very brave choice to get help, and we’re embracing his choice and supporting him however we can.

Moxley was scheduled to face Orange Cassidy in the semi-finals of the AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament. He most recently competed this weekend at Wrestling Revolver's Tales From The Ring, where he defeated Jimmy Jacobs.
In addition to being one of the centrepieces of the AEW roster, Moxley also serves as the GCW Champion. He pinned Matt Cardona at the beginning of September to win the belt.
Back in June 2021, he and Renee Paquette welcomed their first child, Nora, into the world.
On behalf of everyone at Fightful, we wish Jon and his family the very best at this time.
