RUSH has been fined and suspended following ROH Final Battle.
The former ROH World Champion competed at the pay-per-view on December 10; he teamed up with Dralistico to face Blake Christian and AR Fox. A 450 Splash from Fox clinched the win for his team, but Dralistico seemingly kicked out. The three count confused many fans and fired up RUSH and his brother. After the bell, they viciously attacked their opponents and hit them with chairs. RUSH also assaulted the referee.
Jose the Assistant subsequently announced that RUSH had been fined and suspended as a result of his actions at the pay-per-view. Preston Vance, La Faccion Ingobernable's newest member, was not suspended, though he was at ringside for the match, because he didn't get "too involved" with the attack.

We got fined $$ for using chairs
We’ve been SUSPENDED for a week by #AEW
Preston didn’t get too involved and isn’t suspended.
You can’t fool the fans, they know the match ending was BULLSHIT.#ROHFinalBattle #LaFaccionIngobernable pic.twitter.com/8gcCauiELd
Dralistico made his ROH debut at the show, and he hasn't appeared on AEW programming before, so it's unclear whether the punishment applied to him.
RUSH made his AEW debut in a taped segment at AEW Double or Nothing 2022. He then appeared on the June 24 episode of AEW Rampage, and he has been a featured member of the roster ever since.
