Josh Alexander quit in his "I Quit" match against Mike Santana at TNA Genesis, and then he quit TNA.
Santana forced Alexander to quit after threatening to curb stomp his face into the steal steps. Instead of eating steel, Alexander quit. Prior to the threat of the curb stomp, Santana socked Alexander in the ribs multiple times with the slap jack. Alexander had his hands zip-tied behind his back, giving him little defense to offer.
After the match, Alexander shook Santana's hand and said he is the new standard in TNA. He stated that he quit in the match, and he's quitting TNA.
