Jungle Boy ponders a future beyond Jurassic Express.
Since signing with All Elite Wrestling in January 2019, Jungle Boy has been part of a tag team with Luchasaurus. The two men are the reigning AEW Tag Team Champions, first winning the belts on the January 5, 2022, episode of AEW Dynamite.
During the post-show media scrum for AEW Revolution, Jungle Boy said he hasn't thought much about a singles run, pointing out that he's been able to have big singles matches while part of a team, too.
"I haven't thought about it too much. I'd love to have a singles run at some point, but I feel very fortunate, the whole time I've been in a tag team, I've been able to have some pretty big singles matches as well. I had one with Dax (Harwood), that was one of my favorite matches of all time. With Kenny (Omega), with Adam Cole. We'll see what happens. There are so many talented people here and so many of the best wrestlers, I just want to get in there with everyone, whether it's tag or singles. We'll see," he said.
Jurassic Express successfully defended their Tag Team Titles at Revolution, defeating The Young Bucks and reDRagon in a Three-Way Match.
Elsewhere during the scrum, Jungle Boy commented on Tony Khan's purchase of ROH. Click here to learn more.
