New questions arise about Kairi Sane status with WWE following her removal from a promotional graphic for the July 6th, 2020 episode of Monday Night Raw.
When it was announced during SmackDown that Asuka would meet Bayley in a clash of two Women's Champions on the 7/6 episode of Raw, Kairi Sane, a regular tag team partner of Asuka’s was featured by her side in the match graphic.

That graphic has now been updated in the most recent tweet hyping the match.

Regarding Kairi’s status with WWE, according to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Sane is cleared and scheduled to appear on Raw. She was listed to be on the tapings for Raw taking place on July 3.
The Observer also reported that prior to Kairi sustaining a cut to the head during a match with Nia Jax, initial plans for the former NXT Women's Champion’s exit from WWE called for a career-ending injury angle with her later when it was time for her to leave and go back to Japan.
Fightful Select previously reported that, as of May, there were plans for her to return to Japan and serve as an ambassador for WWE in Japan. In the weeks that followed, many have gone radio silent about Sane's status with the company. Many want her to continue wrestling, and all of those we've spoken had positive things to say about her.
Fightful will continue to monitor the story and report any and all updates.
