Kamille Reaches Two Years As NWA World Women's Champion

730 days with the belt and counting.

It was June 6, 2021 when Kamille faced Serena Deeb at NWA When Our Shadows Fall for the NWA World Women's Championship. At that point, Deeb had held the title for over 220 days and defended it successfully 6 times. The Durham, North Carolina native would prevail over Deeb that night, setting in motion one of the most dominant reigns in the history of the World Women's Championship.

On June 4, 2023, at night two of the 2023 Crockett Cup, Kamille defeated Natalia Markova in a Championship Match, guaranteeing she would reach the two year mark with the belt. Not only that, but it marked the 36th time Kamille successfully defended her title. Over the past two years, Kamille has toppled the likes of Chelsea Green, Taya Valkyrie, Angelina Love, and many others.

During a recent interview, Kamille said that her next goal with The Burke is to surpass the 760 day mark, eclipsing the reign of June Byers and entering the top five all time NWA Women's Championship reigns. Click here to read her view her full remarks.
