Kamille, Through Damaris Lewis, Declines To Comment On AEW Status

Kamille gets asked about her AEW status while promoting the new "Queen of the Ring" movie.

Kamille was officially announced as signed to AEW in July 2024. She was paired with Mercedes Mone until December, when Mone fired her after she quit her role as Mone's heavy.

She has not been seen in AEW since then but is currently promoting the "Queen of the Ring" movie, due out this Friday, March 7. In the film, Kamille plays June Byers. While promoting the movie, she and Damaris Lewis, who plays Babs Wingo in the new movie, were interviewed by Bill Pritchard of WrestleZone. During the interview, Pritchard asked when we might see the former NWA Women's World Champion return to AEW TV. At this point, Lewis playfully assumed the role of Kamille's representation and offered a no comment on behalf of her "client."

"My client has chosen not to comment on the matter at hand, but we are open to more questions," Lewis responded, while Kamille remained silent.
