Kane, or rather Knox County, Tennessee mayor Glenn Jacobs, appeared on Raw and is already a champion.
Jacobs was in pre-taped segments with R-Truth throughout the show and in one of those segments, Jacobs pinned R-Truth to become the new 24/7 Champion. This happened after Jacobs was giving R-Truth a tour of the University of Tennessee's football stadium and brought in a police officer only to be revealed as a WWE referee. R-Truth tried to run away but got ran into the field goal post and sent to the ground where Jacobs pinned him.
HE'S STILL GOT IT!

After Jacobs left with his new title, R-Truth followed him by hitching a ride on top of Jacobs' limo and surprised him with a roll-up to win back the title. When Jacobs looked like he was going to chokeslam R-Truth, R-Truth managed to convince him to let him go.

But Jacobs' day wasn't over as he made a return as Kane and helped save Seth Rollins from an attack by The OC, Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode. The good times came to an end immediately as "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt attacked Kane to end the show.
