Former Bullet Club members, as well as former WWE Raw Tag Team Champions Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson have had a stop and start time in WWE thus far.
Their run has featured title wins and big WrestleMania matches, but thus far haven't landed the huge storylines they did while wrestling for New Japan Pro Wrestling. With friends Finn Balor and AJ Styles in the company, it seems like only a matter of time before they reunite in some form. However, in an interview with Daily Mail, Karl Anderson had an interesting suggestion for The Club.
"Sasha Banks, she could manage us! That's what so cool though, you could even go old school, I mean everyone knows our history with Finn Balor and some of the other guys from our time in Japan," Anderson said.
In the same interview, Anderson's partner Luke Gallows fondly recalled their times in Japan.
"In general we'd have so much fun, just talking for six hours on the bus doing Stone Cold impressions the entire time to each other. AJ would laugh for the first 20 minutes, three hours later he'd take his headphones off and we'd still be doing it. He be like how are you guys still doing this then put his headphones back on so we'd start talking like him for an hour and a half. It's how you keep yourself entertained, or at least that's how we do it," said Gallows.
Later in the interview the host mentioned that last year, Luke Gallows was rated higher than Anderson, which led to a comical exchange.
Gallows: "I mean that makes sense."
Anderson: ‘It does make sense, he’s bigger than me."
Gallows: "He’s not as ruggedly handsome either but he’s got really great characteristics."
Anderson: "I’m glad we’re finally rated equally in the game."
