Karrion Kross plays games with The Miz.
The Miz has found himself alone on WWE Raw since Bronson Reed attacked R-Truth on the August 12th episode. Truth has been absent ever since, and Miz has struggled to gain momentum.
In a Raw Exclusive, The Miz was asked what was next for him after he came up short in the WWE Intercontinental Championship Number One Contender's Tournament and Bronson Reed threatened him.
“Well, apparently, Bronson Reed. After what he did to Braun Strowman, I seem to be target number one. But people forget about what I’ve done and who I am in this business. So if I have to fight my and R-Truth’s battles against Bronson Reed, so be it," The Miz said.
The Miz was then presented with a gift from R-Truth, who hoped to make his tag team partner feel better. The former WWE Champion read a note from Truth.
“'Hey, Miz. It’s Truth. I know you’ve been having a hard time lately, so I just wanted to say what’s up and give you this Cleveland Rockies title belt to make you feel better. Truth.’ Cleveland Rockies? [Pulls out title.] Colorado Rockies? He can’t even get that right," The Miz said.
Karrion Kross arrived and told The Miz that Bronson Reed would be a big problem for him. He said that The Miz would need some help, and Truth was currently out of action. Kross also noted that the title around The Miz's shoulder used to be the WWE Championship.
“Miz, I heard what you had to say about Bronson Reed. Him and I have history, and he’s gonna be a very big problem for you. Now, I’d hate to see a superstar of your caliber, a Grand Slam Champion, have to deal with this situation all on your own. Truth is, you need someone you can count on, and your Truth is currently out. [Laughs] Nice title belt. Hey, remember when that used to be the WWE Championship?" Kross said.
Bronson Reed was pulled from the September 2nd episode of WWE Raw when he tested positive for COVID. More information is available here.
