Kenny King was a staple of Ring of Honor for over a decade before the promotion went on hiatus at the end of 2021.
King is a former three-time ROH Tag Team Champion and two-time ROH Television Champion. He closed a major chapter in his ROH career at ROH Final Battle 2021 when he fought Shane Taylor in a Fight Without Honor.
King is currently signed to IMPACT Wrestling, and has not return to ROH since it was purchased by Tony Khan in March 2022, but asked by Renee Paquette on The Sessions about a potential return, King replied, "I like what I see over there. I would kill for another chance to wrestle Claudio Castagnoli. He's always been one of my favorites. I like what they have going on over there, and if there's an opportunity at some point to go over there, I definitely wouldn't be opposed to that, or any other wrestling opportunity for the next couple of years while you still have me."
Castagnoli is the reigning ROH World Champion. King and Claudio have not had a match since 2011.
King signed a one-year deal with IMPACT in February. Fans can learn more about the signing by clicking here.
