No one has filled Kenny Omega holes in a while, but the Dark Order has a solution.
Omega has been somewhat lonely in recent weeks; while he has been fighting alongside the Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson), he hasn't quite been on the same page with them since Konosuke Takeshita became an honorary member of The Elite. Plus, the Dark Order (Alex Reynolds, Evil Uno, and John Silver) have been teasing that they know a secret regarding Omega and the Young Bucks.
On the latest episode of Being The Elite, the Dark Order trio approached Omega and told him that Matt Jackson has been keeping something from him. As it turned out. Matt ate the last slice of the peanut butter cheesecake in catering.
Alex Reynolds: There’s something that Matt’s been keeping from you.
Kenny Omega: Matt who?
AR: Matt Jackson.
KO: My Matt? What would he possibly keep from me?
Evil Uno: Tell him, Alex.
KO: No, no, no. Fuck off. Fuck right off. He wouldn’t keep shit from me.
John Silver: Kenny, calm down, you’re gonna want to hear this.
AR: Matt ate the last of the peanut butter cheesecake in catering. He didn’t even tell you about it.
KO: We had peanut butter cheesecake?
JS: You didn’t even know? Oh my god.
KO: Why didn’t Matt, why didn’t anybody tell me? Do you have proof of this? Where’s the goddamn paper trail? Who’s got the paper trail? Did he leave a paper trial?
EU: Look for the crumbs.
KO: Let me at him!
Omega got mad, and he threw a chair. The Dark Order restrained him and held him back as they tried to calm him down. The former world champion noted that he'd confront Matt Jackson, and the Dark Order encouraged him to, even when Omega said he'd lick the cheesecake off of Matt's tongue if he had to.
AR: You have to do this, Kenny. You have to confront him.
EU: Are you gonna take this Kenny?
AR: Make him beg.
JS: you should smell his breath. He’s got fucking cheesecake all over it.
EU: Look for those crumbs.
KO: If he’s the last one that really ate that cheesecake, I’m gonna smell it on his breath. I’m gonna smell it on him. If I have to lick his tongue, I’ll lick his tongue.
EU: You should.
JS: Get that last taste.
KO: Lick it good.
EU: This is the Kenny I like to see.
KO. He is so lucky there’s no bat. If there was a bat, I’d swing the bat….
EU: Woah, back up Kenny.
Omega then admitted that he was wrong about the Dark Order. Uno said they're good friends, and Omega replied that Matt wasn't the kind of friend he thought he was. With that in mind, he noted that maybe the Dark Order could be his friends. Silver offered to fill Omega's friend hole, and Omega, clearly upset to admit it, stated that it had been a while since anyone offered to fill his holes.
KO: You know what, guys? Thank you. I was wrong. I was wrong about you.
EU: Hey, we’re good friends. Good friends, Kenny.
KO: Clearly, Matt isn’t the friend that I thought that he was. Now I’m starting to think that maybe you guys could be.
JS: Maybe we could fill that friend hole of yours.
EU: All three of us at the same time.
AR: Filling the same hole.
KO: It’s been a while since anyone has even offered to fill my holes.
Uno offered up Tuesday as an option, as every other night for hole-filling activities was apparently booked. He revealed that Silver had his hole that night, but when Omega asked them if they'd fill his holes another day, they took up him up on the offer.
EU: Hey, any Tuesday. All the other nights I’m taken.
JS: Tonight, we’re busy.
EU: Yeah, John’s got my hole tonight.
KO: You guys wanna fill my holes another day?
AR: Yeah.
EU: Should we? You know what, it’s a date, Kenny.
JS: Mark it on your calendar.
The Dark Order began to exit the locker room, but Silver had one last message.
JS: Tuesday, that hole’s mine.
The Young Bucks arrived as Silver, Reynolds, and Uno were leaving. Omega asked to speak to Matt alone, and he said that while he'd never lie to Matt, he wondered if the latter would do him the same kindness. Omega asked Matt if he had been keeping something from him, and tensions rose as Matt admitted that he couldn't sleep and the guilt was killing him.
KO: is there maybe something that, oh, I don’t know, something that I cared about so very deeply and would really shake me to my goshdarn core if you kept it from me.
Matt Jackson: I haven’t slept in days, Kenny.
KO: How do you feel about it? Does it make you feel that good to keep it on the inside?
Matt: No, it’s killing me. I’ve wanted to tell you this forever, and it’s just been eating me up inside.
KO: Then why didn’t you have the stones to tell me? Why didn’t you have the balls?
MJ: I didn’t know how you’d react. You seem really upset right now.
KO: I’m actually really upset because no one that I care about deeply, that I love, would ever try to something like that, knowing how much it means to me. So what I’m gonna do, [flexes his fist]....
MJ: just do it. Lay it on me, you deserve it. Get it out of your system, Kenny. Just punch me right here in the freaking face, as hard as you want. I deserve it.
KO: Are you hungry? Because you’re about to get a full serving of my knuckle sandwich.
MJ: I’m starved. Just plant it right here, right in the kisser. I deserve it for what I’ve done. I’m a terrible friend.
KO: After I punch you in the face, Matt, I want you to tell me if this tastes just as good as that peanut butter cheesecake that you never told me about, that was in catering, when you knew, you freaking knew how much it meant to me to have the cheesecake any time we have in catering.
Matt, relieved that Omega wasn't talking about his actual secret, that he somewhat helped Hangman Page beat Omega at AEW Full Gear 2021, apologized and promised Kenny that it would never happen again. Omega then warned him that he better it hide anything from him ever again.
