Kenny Omega: 'Speedball' Mike Bailey Could Have Done Some Great Things In AEW, He Still Might

Kenny Omega offers praise for "Speedball" Mike Bailey's work ethic and believes he can do some great things in All Elite Wrestling.

Kenny Omega recently spoke about Mike Bailey on a Twitch stream where he put over the current TNA Wrestling star as a journeyman who is putting on great work no matter where he goes and said that he enjoyed wrestling Bailey the one time they had a match at PWG.

Omega believes that Bailey could be an asset to the AEW roster if he ever chooses to make the move and become All Elite.

"Mike Bailey, now that's a guy that's been killing it. You want to talk about a journeyman, a guy who has been going to every little 'Mom and Pop' indie on the planet, doesn't matter where, and he's giving incredible efforts. I look at that guy and I'm thinking like, 'Man, how are you not on the injury list?' He wrestles with no shoes. On top of that, he's doing Dives all the time. What the hell? Geez," said Kenny. "Speedball could have done some great things in AEW. I mean, he still might, who knows? But I like him, I really do. I don't really know him as a person, but as a performer, he's great. I wrestled him once at PWG. I love that match, too, and he's probably even better now."

Matt Hardy recently praised working with Mike Bailey and Trent Seven as part of his recent stint in TNA Wrestling. Read his comments here.

Elsewhere on this stream, Omega gave his thoughts on Triple H as a creative mind in wrestling.
